Size On Creatine

Wednesday, June 24th, 2009

As you may know by now Ive tried out a number of different creatine products over the years…most with less then favourible results. And you have probably now read about my sucess from using Size On creatine. I thought in this post I’d go into a little more detail about it all.

Size On, is great for anyone one which wants to grow muscular mass. It’s the first product containing Creatine Gluconate, the fastest working supplement I’ve ever used. It’s formulated to be taken during or after the gym and tastes great! It is the first that uses a two phase transport system. There is no need for a period of loading as the product ensures growth of muscular volume immediately.

It is also the only one to contain Outlast, a matrix of carbohydrates. This enables you to achieve longer stamina in sports and allows for a very intense workout. 36 hours after your first dose I began to feel and see the effects. All that and it’s easy digestible formula does not inflate the stomach and does not cause intestinal cramps.

“Size On” was presented during Mr. Olympia Expo 2006. It’s formula which gives the most volume to the muscular cells acts really quickly and takes no time at all to feel the effects as stated above. Creatine Gluconate is a very new kind of product created by Bruce Kneller for Gaspari Nutrition and it’s easily my choice for best creatine out on the market right now. It is absorbed by the body in a way similar to glucose. I.e., quickly and completely. This is the first phase of the transport system.

After this it starts it’s second transport phase. Many products do not have this second phase. Think for example of Ethyl Ester. This formula makes it possible creatine to easily enter blood circulation. On the other hand, once in blood, it is divided into creatin ions and ethyl alcohol ions. There is not another transport system which pushes all this towards muscular fabrics out today. Gluconate is different. Once in blood, it is divided into ions and ions of glucose. The latter gives an insulin peak which comes just at the right moment to transport all creatin towards the cells of the muscles. This second phase is quite important and makes SizeOn the most effective product on the market.

In addition, the formula is equipped with a patented oligosaccharide under the name of Outlast. It is a complex carbohydrate with low glycemic value which has the characteristics of amylase/amylopectin. This “slow carbohydrate” in other words it provides you with eight hours of constant energy. Moreover, the Outlast formula avoids the storage of the fat cells and has an important neuropsychiatric effect. This enables you to remain well concentrated on working out and to benefit fully from your time in the gym.

SizeOn dissolves instantaneously in 500 ml of water or juice. The formula is available in Arctic Lemon Ice and Wild Berry Punch. Its use is very convenient: only one scoop per day!
It is the first substance which increases the volume of the cells without a loading phase saving you effort and money.

Creatine:What Is It And Where Did It Come From

Tuesday, June 23rd, 2009

Creatine is a nonessential amino-acid, which one finds mainly in meat, poultry and fish, at a rate of approximately 5 G per kilo.  It is synthesized in the kidneys, the liver and the pancreas.

Commercial creatine is a synthetic derivative resulting from a chemical reaction between sodium sarcosin and cyanamide. It comes in soluble or semi-soluble powder, in tablets, or in liquid form. creatin is regarded as a food supplement.

It is thought that the use of this supplement can contribute to the increase of skeletal muscle and improves the performance in sports and exercise for a wide range of activities. The phosphocreatine is a precursor of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) which provides energy to the muscular cells. It also supports the retention of water in the muscles, which increases body weight and muscular volume.

 Where did it come from?
It was a French chemist, Michel Chevreul, who discovered creatine in 1832. In 1847, he discovered that it plays a part in the operation of the muscles when he noted that the flesh of the foxes killed with hunting contains ten times more creatin than that of those which are kept in captivity.

Researchers have been interested in the properties of creatine since 1970. During recent years, some associated the exploits of various high level athletes with their creatine consumption. Today, the use of this substance is largely widespread among professional athletes and amateurs alike. In 2004, it was estimated that 4000 tons of creatin is sold per year in the United States.

The International Olympic committee ,like the majority of  sports associations authorize the use of creatin. It is completely legal and its employment is not the subject of any scrutiny.

Best Creatine

Saturday, June 13th, 2009

Hey Geoff here, This is a no BS, uncut review of my experence with the Best Creatine out there.

Just to note this is an independent review, and if you’re looking for great creatine then click here

My Review of “Size On” Creatine

If you are ready to take your weight training to the next level, improve your gains, strength, endurance and over all workout routine then I am glad you have found my site and I encourage you to keep reading. This is the straight forward story of my Creatine use and it’s ups and downs. I wanted to get the most out of my workouts and supplements, but choosing the right ones seemed to be a daunting task. After some time though, I finally found a great product that worked like I’d never seen before. I really hope that after reading my story here you can save yourself the time, money and trouble that I wasted.

Like a lot of weightlifters out there, I was somewhat overloaded by all the products on the market. Everything from Creatine Serum to Creatine chewables looked good to me at first, but months of trying these different products only ended in frustration and an empty wallet. My lifts were barley up, if at all, and I was starting to think these supplements were garbage. What I noticed most about them was the negative Creatine effects rather than the positives. All of the powder mixes I tried left me feeling bloated and somewhat sick; they didn’t mix very well and tasted nasty and I was beginning to get discouraged. I had friends who did steroids but I really didn’t want to go down that road especially after seeing some of the side effects (seeing your buddy with tubes coming out of his chest to drain fluid isn’t fun)

After some time and frustration, I had a good buddy introduce me to Size On Creatine and I’ve never looked back. We still joke about how I owe all my success in the gym to him, I think it’s debatable but never the less. “Size On” mixed up quickly with no lumps, tasted great and best of all it gave awesome results with none of the nasty side effects! No bloated or gross sick feeling at all, unlike what I’d experienced with other brands. Also, no Creatine loading period. Over three months, I gained 14 pounds of muscle with no water retention.

My energy levels were through the roof and the best part of all, the number of my lifts doubled and with some exercises almost tripled! My bench was up from 205 to a heavy 325, curls were up from 35 to 60 pounds and my squats almost doubled from 205 to 365. This is the best creatine I’ve ever tried.

Now I can’t hand 100% of the credit to the supplement, I was getting more rest time and I was really pushing myself; that being said, I know that “Size On” was and still is a big help in my routine. One drawback I can think of was it’s not the cheapest out on the market right now, but one container lasts for months as you only need a single scoop per day. I can say without a moments doubt that this is the best Creatine I’ve ever tried. I hope you have found this information useful.

Creatine Use

Saturday, June 13th, 2009

A lot of misconceptions  are out there about creatine and creatine use.
The right Creatine supplement is a great way to legitimatly and effectivly enhance athletic performence. Up untill a few months ago I was trying different creatine brands, simply following the directions on the package and waiting to see the results in the gym. I didnt see much to be honest. Sometimes I thought I was seeing some result, but very little at best.

While surfing around on the net one day reading about creatine I discovered a system that I have since put to the test with killer results. What I found that emensley helped me was the book “Creatine a pratical guide” by Dr. Alfredo Franco-Obregón. This book opened my eyes to the fact that a number of very important factors need to come into play in order to see really really great results from creatine powder.  Click here to check it out.

Things like which foods enchance responsiveness to creatine and the timing of meals in order for maximum anabolic benefits to happen. This guide also goes over what he calls “Smart training habbits” Really good stuff.

The book is the only one out there that shows you how to use vitamins combined with Creatine powder to build muscle growth. My favourite section is on how to avoid any side effects and also lits what manufactorers can be trusted to make the best and purest products.

How To Use Creatine

Wednesday, June 10th, 2009

When most people take creatine supplements they simply follow the directions on the package. Fair enough. By doing this they may see some results, however setting the stage for peak creatine performance metabolically is something that few people take time to consider or learn about.

Most of this information isn’t available to the general public. But make no mistake if you are one of these people you are missing out on the vastly untapped power that lies in your creatine. Knowing what foods to eat, timing your meals and proper training is a good place to start unlocking this power. If you want to see any real results you must take these things into consideration otherwise you’re just spinning your wheels and wasting your time and hard earned cash.

To avoid this you must learn to optimize your Creatine supplementation using things like anabolic recipes and dosing protocols. It’s actually fairly simple and not as complicated as it sounds. Creatine manufacturers obviously want you to see results from using their product but don’t count on them explaining any of this to you. .

The Best Creatine Supplement

Wednesday, June 10th, 2009

I’ve been making some awesome gains in both strength and endurance using the best creatine products on the market. Size on creatine powder is one of the best supplements Ive come across in my 15 or so years of training. Of course creatine alone wont get you anywhere but if you find and use the right creatine supplement combined with proper training and nutrition I know you will see the same mind blowing results that I have over the past few months. Some of the products out there Ive tried were total garbage and did absolutely nothing for my training in fact they made me feel sick along with the other negative creatine effects. But after time and research Ive found a great creatine product and have seen the best results of my life.
PS – Make sure to check out my review on best creatine if you haven’t seen it yet  In an over saturated market it can be tough finding the right products for sure…more then tough it can be a straight up headache!
